UCELIA with its plant in Ussel, France, is the largest sand casting aluminum foundry for aerospace parts in France. 2025 turnover amounted to 36 m€ with 330 employees.
All major European aerospace companies are customers of UCELIA. This acquisition complements NEXTEAM’s foundry activity with plants in Arudy and Toulouse as well as the 14 other plants for machining, welding and forming of metallic aerospace components and assemblies.
With this acquisition, NEXTEAM’s turnover will top 400 m€ in 2026.
Montana holds an 11% shareholding in NEXTEAM.
