Montana’s subsidiary Nexteam has acquired 100% of ATG, France, the parent company of SOTIP France, SOTIP Tunisia and Industron, France.
The SOTIP subsidiaries are specialized in mechanical formed and welded assemblies for the aerospace and railways industries, Industron is a major supplier of wiring assemblies for the aerospace industry.
With a turnover of 20 m€ and employing 306 personnel, ATG and its subsidiaries will reinforce Nexteam Group’s presence in its aerospace and railways markets.
Nexteam with a 2023 turnover of abt. 300 m€ and more than 2.000 employees is a major supplier to the worldwide aerospace, defense and railways industries.
